Public Health Emergency Declaration for LA, MS, NJ and NY

HRSA allows eligible entities to immediately enroll for the 340B Program during the current public health emergency declared by the HHS Secretary, rather than waiting for the normal quarterly registration period. HRSA believes that this will enable these entities to meet the needs of the residents affected by this disaster. If you are in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, or New York and would like to enroll, please contact Apexus Answers.
