The Data Request List (DRL) is an audit framework tool to support 340B Program integrity. This reference and preparation resource outlines the data and documentation HRSA may request during a 340B audit.
The DRL is organized into 11 sections, each representing a compliance data set: policy and procedures, eligibility, 340B universe, provider lists, purchasing, contract pharmacy, shipping address documentation, self-disclosures, Medicaid, combined purchasing and distribution models (CPDMs; for applicable grantees), and previous audit information.
