About the 340B University Virtual Workshop Experience

Workshops are designed to bring stakeholders together to discuss operational solutions and best practices for 340B topics. They are operational in nature and require peer collaboration. Participants should have experience with the 340B Program and have completed 340B University OnDemand modules and/or attended a 340B University in-person training prior to participating in this virtual workshop.

Workshop Description

This session discusses best practices for self-auditing contract pharmacy relationships. Participants collaborate directly with peers in small groups to work through real-world case studies led by experienced 340B University faculty, share operational decisions at their site, and apply learnings to their own covered entity. The content does not include best practices for entity-owned retail pharmacies.

Learning Objectives

• Assess the accuracy of your 340B OPAIS contract pharmacy registrations
• Discuss best practices for preventing diversion and duplicate discounts
• Recognize how to maintain compliant and effective inventory practices

Participant Knowledge Level: Intermediate level of 340B experience.
