This is an optional teleconference open to all RFP responders, creating an open forum for questions and answers about the RFP response.

RFP Questions Deadline

Before Monday, November 8, 2021 at 6:00 pm Central Time

Last question must be answered prior to this date/time

RFP Response Due Date

Monday, November 22, 2021, 3:00 pm Central Time

All required RFP response documents are due by this date and should be sent via email to shaunta.hill@apexus.com.

Three deliverables are required for a successful RFP response:

1. RFP pricing matrix, which contains financial evaluation factors (“RFP Pricing Matrix”);

2. RFP specifications response matrix, which contains non-financial evaluation factors (“RFP Specifications Matrix”);

3. The proposed contract terms and conditions (“Pharmacy Supplier Agreement Terms and Conditions Template”)

Negotiations

December 1–15, 2021

The Apexus sourcing team will take two weeks to evaluate RFP responses and may reach out to certain vendors for further negotiations.

Best and Final Offers

December 15–January 15, 2022

The Apexus Sourcing team will finalize best and final offers by January 31, 2022.

Contract Award Announcements

February 2022

Formal RFP award announcements will be made.
